I’ve been experimenting with black and white for a few years. It’s weird for me partially because I love color and the play of light across various textures and materials. Yet there have been so many fantastic black and white photographs/photographers that have struck me for their simplicity and beauty. I think it’s growing on me!

Go for a ride!
The end of summer is drawing near. Go enjoy some sunshine, some bodies of water (if you are able), and some great outdoors!
I love riding bikes, and since my body and running don’t particularly get along, it’s a great way to enjoy all of the above 🙂
Can it be fall yet?
Going through old pictures, I came across some I took my first semester as a college student. The campus has changed so much over the years, but the trees are still there. With school about to start up again, I’m looking forward to the beauty of fall 🙂
Reflections
It’s a time to look back. Literally because I’m looking through my many photographs to see what I have seen/captured. But also metaphorically as life continues to change at a rapid fire pace.

It’s now officially summer! And I just want it to be cool again…swinging during that late winter day would hit the spot quite nicely 🙂

A student group I was a part of holds an annual conference one weekend every spring. This particular one was at a lakeside resort a few hours outside of the city. I went a little camera happy with the scenery 🙂
